Request: Publish GitHub Release with darwin-arm64 (Apple Silicon) binaries

Summary

The release workflow (.github/workflows/release.yml) is fully configured to build binaries for all platforms including aarch64-apple-darwin (Apple Silicon), but no GitHub releases have been published yet.

Current State

• ✅ npm package qudag@1.2.1 exists
• ✅ Release workflow includes darwin-arm64 in build matrix
• ❌ No GitHub releases published
• ❌ npm package tries to download from non-existent GitHub release

Request

Please trigger the release workflow to publish v1.2.1 (or latest) with pre-built binaries:

# Either push a tag:
git tag v1.2.1
git push origin v1.2.1

# Or trigger manually via GitHub Actions workflow_dispatch

Impact

This would enable QuDAG usage on:

• Apple Silicon Macs (M1/M2/M3/M4)
• Enable MCP server integration with Claude Code
• Allow qudag mcp serve for quantum-resistant P2P agent communication

Workaround Attempted

Currently using WASM fallback but native binaries would provide better performance.
