Adds Sail as a fourth benchmark target (
sandbox.ts,@sailresearch/sdk) plus the scripts behind the Sail vs E2B numbers in runablehq/runable#6228:exec.ts(per-command latency),write-strategy.ts(fs.write vs exec-based writes),improve.ts(optimized-path verification), ande2b-audit.ts(E2B headroom audit: batch writes, stdout integrity, RTT floor).Testing
Every script was run live against warm E2B and Sail sandboxes; writes verified by read-back and stdout checks byte-exact.
