README: replace the dead Travis CI and gocover.io badges - #123

travis-ci.org shut down in 2021 and CI has run on GitHub Actions since, so the build badge now points at the Go workflow. gocover.io has been gone for years too; nothing produces coverage today, so that badge is removed rather than repointed. Fixes rs#122
GitHub retired the macos-13 image, so both macos-13 jobs wait 24h for a runner and get cancelled; every master run since March has ended "cancelled" because of it, which is what the Actions badge reports as failing. macos-15-intel is GitHub's replacement for the Intel leg (macos-latest is arm64), so the matrix keeps covering both architectures.

Fixes #122.
Both badges at the top of the README have rendered broken for a while: travis-ci.org shut down in 2021 (CI has run on GitHub Actions since), and gocover.io is gone too.
Goworkflow:actions/workflows/go.yml/badge.svg, linked to the workflow's runs.Second commit: the new badge would read "failing" as things stand. GitHub retired the
macos-13runner image, so the twomacos-13matrix jobs wait 24h for a runner and are cancelled (The job has exceeded the maximum execution time while awaiting a runner for 24h0m0s); every master run since March has ended "cancelled" because of it while the other six jobs pass.macos-15-intelis GitHub's replacement for the Intel leg (macos-latestis arm64), so the matrix keeps covering both architectures and the badge goes green once this lands. Verified on my fork with this exact branch: all 8 matrix jobs pass, including bothmacos-15-intellegs.If you'd like a coverage badge back, that can be a small follow-up: a
-coverprofileon the ubuntu leg of the test matrix plus an upload step. (Since the issue was filed, gocov no longer needs a repo secret for that — a one-time install of its GitHub App on the account is all it takes — but that's your call and separate from this fix.)
