- Replace the compact theme picker with a searchable shared modal catalog - Filter built-in and custom themes while preserving automatic light and dark pairs - Keep directory actions visible and collapse custom-theme diagnostics - Localize the catalog and update the three README translations - Align Tauri clients and plugins with the existing 2.12.4 runtime baseline Validation: bun run check; bun run build; cargo check --locked --manifest-path src-tauri/Cargo.toml; theme-catalog-ui.cjs passes in Chromium and WebKit; targeted Bun tests: 105 pass, 1 baseline failure reproduced on origin/miaomiao.
