Findings
None. The change bumps two version strings and nothing else.
Non-blocking
- 61b1e69 (commit message) — no "what changed" section. The two previous bump commits (v0.6.4 in
1ce2d4cd, v0.6.2 in245982d7) listed what changed in each plugin since the prior version. This one states only the new versions. A reader cannot tell from the message alone why the plugins deserve a bump. Suggestion for next time, not a change request.
What I checked
- Read the full diff (
b4dfbfe5..61b1e690). It touches exactly two lines: theversionfield incontext-guru-plugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json(0.6.4 → 0.6.5) and incodex-marketplace/plugins/context-guru/.codex-plugin/plugin.json(0.2.8 → 0.2.9). No other field changed. - Both files parse as valid JSON (
python3 json.loadon each). - Searched the whole tree for stale copies of the old versions (
0.6.4,0.2.8) in JSON, scripts, and docs. None remain. The version strings appear in exactly these two files. - Checked the two marketplace manifests (
.claude-plugin/marketplace.json,.agents/plugins/marketplace.json). They carry no version field of their own, so nothing to sync there. - Verified the bump is warranted:
git diff 1ce2d4cd..HEAD -- context-guru-plugin codex-marketplaceshows real changes in both plugin trees since the v0.6.4 bump (newbeep.shplus hooks wiring and skill updates for Claude Code;cg.pyand skill front-matter fixes for Codex). - Checked no test pins the plugin.json version: grepped the
*_test.gofiles that readplugin.json; theproxy-versionfile inplugin_test.gotracks the proxy binary, not the plugin manifest. - Rules check: no library or proxy code changed, so fail-open, data-dependence (
docs/data-dependence.md), and behavior-change-permission rules do not apply. DCO sign-off andAssisted-By:attribution are present; the title follows the conventional-commit form. - Live tests were not run (not approved for this review).

Findings
None.
Non-blocking
- The commit message has no body. Earlier bump commits (for example
1ce2d4cd, v0.6.4) listed what changed in each plugin since the last version. That list feeds the release notes. Consider adding one line per plugin before the merge.
What I checked
- The full diff: two lines, one version field in each of
context-guru-plugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json(0.6.4 → 0.6.5) andcodex-marketplace/plugins/context-guru/.codex-plugin/plugin.json(0.2.8 → 0.2.9). - Both bumps are warranted. Both plugin trees changed since the last bump commit
1ce2d4cd: the Claude Code plugin got the beep feature (#738), display-only skill listing (#850), skill front-matter fixes (#852) and more; the Codex plugin got skill front-matter fixes andcg.pychanges. - No stale version strings. A repo-wide search finds no remaining
0.6.4or0.2.8outside git history, and no other file carries0.6.5or0.2.9that should have been bumped with them. - No version pins elsewhere.
.claude-plugin/marketplace.jsonand.agents/plugins/marketplace.jsonhold no version fields. NoCHANGELOGfile exists in the repo. - No test asserts the plugin version.
beep_test.go:141andpreset_default_test.go:52readplugin.json, but they check config keys and defaults, not the version. - The bump follows the repo's established pattern: same two files, same field, same increment style as #780, #764 and #751.
- No behavior change, so no data-dependence update and no human permission are needed.
docs/data-dependence.mddoes not apply.

Both reviewers asked for a "what changed" list in the commit message. Fixed at the squash merge: the merge commit message carries the per-plugin list from the PR body. No code change, so no new round. |

Summary
Bump both plugins for v0.6.5, so the changes since v0.6.4 reach users through the marketplace.
What changed in each plugin
Claude Code plugin 0.6.4 -> 0.6.5
disable-model-invocation: true. The model no longer runs them on its own. The user runs/context-guru:<name>.hooks/hooks.json,scripts/beep.sh).settings.pystill writeshead_ttl_min_tokens, so an older proxy still loads its config.cg.pyshow "finished" for an agent that ended with a terminal tool call, as there is nothing to keep warm.Codex plugin 0.2.8 -> 0.2.9
allow_implicit_invocation: false.sessionskill's front matter is valid YAML, so Codex loads it.How it was tested
Version strings only. The plugin tests passed in the release integration check (Part A) on
