Enable ~20GiB hosts to run fz mine agent on all_a × default_window without kernel OOM by auto pool-subproc isolation from measured free RAM and peak estimates. Align mining defaults to 10y/ashare floor 20160101 and all_a; wire agent pool_cache_dir, peak ordering, ResidualProjector; extend LLM reasoning_effort; fix forward_start data-lake alignment.

discovery/mem_budget.py，按可用内存与帧/库池峰值估算自动启用库池子进程（pool-prebuild），fz mine agent/team默认路径无需手写--pool-subproc；支持--no-pool-subproc逃生口。pool_cache_dir、池→切分→释放 raw 错峰、session 级ResidualProjector；CLI 装帧前建池。default_window默认 10 年 + A 股下限 20160101；mine agent/team/search等默认universe=all_a，--start/--end可省略。REASONING_EFFORT、forward_start 与数据湖最新日对齐、相关测试与文档。Test plan

在 ~20–23 GiB 主机上，全 A × 十年窗仍接近物理上限；策略是自动降级（子进程/串行/spill）以保证不 OOM，而非固定墙钟。
