Adds a first set of correctness tests and runs them in CI. Each test renders or copies into a small offscreen texture, reads it back and checks the bytes, so they don't need a window. The tests added are:
As CI for Linux and Windows don't have GPUs they use lavapipe and WARP respectively. To get WARP,
createDevicenow accepts a software adapter when it's asked for by name, it still never picks one on its own.The PR is based on #114 (+ the additional changes from my review there), so it's a draft until that's in and I'll rebase then.
