Promotes develop to main for v0.3.0: the Rust rewrite (#71). CHANGELOG.md has the 0.3.0 section and Cargo.toml carries 0.3.0. After this merges, main is tagged v0.3.0 and the Release workflow is dispatched with that tag; main is then merged back into develop.

Sync main back into develop after 0.2.4
Switch to the shared redrob-labs/.github gitflow and release workflows.
redrob-query-<version>-macos-<arch>.app.tar.gz (+.sig), latest.json rewritten to match.
Replaces the Tauri + React shell with a native egui 0.36/wgpu app over the engine crate (now redrob-query-core), in the redrob-canvas repository shape: brand pipeline pinned against the design system, bilingual Windows setup, macOS disk image, tools/release, a thin PR-only CI and a release workflow with the three targets, SHA256SUMS and redrob-launcher.json.

The engine gains a Workspace facade (one method per former Tauri command), key/index metadata readers, the launcher's shared account.json reader and a console-direct AI transport that surfaces the console's own error message. The shell has profiles, a schema browser, a tabbed SQL/MQL editor, a virtualised result grid with reviewed edits, a structure panel with DDL forms, an Ask dock and bounded workspace persistence. Version 0.3.0.
