Trusted publishing authenticated, then npm refused the tarball: the sigstore bundle names redrob-labs/redrob-code and package.json had no repository.url to match it.

Trusted publishing now authenticates (run 38518788158), then npm refused the tarball with E422: the sigstore bundle names redrob-labs/redrob-code and package.json had no repository.url to match it. Adds the repository field; the publish-sdk run for 0.6.2 is re-dispatched once this lands.
