What this changes
Adds the 14-line caller for the shared pull request policy workflow (
redrob-labs/.github/.github/workflows/pr-policy.yml).Why
Org-wide rule, applied to every repository: at most 3 open pull requests per author, and a review request to the maintainer is removed until the author has reviewed their own pull request and ticked every box in the description.
its-janghoonanddependabot[bot]are exempt. Details and the enforcement script are in redrob-labs/.github#7.How it was verified
Caller is byte-identical to
workflow-templates/pr-policy.ymlin redrob-labs/.github (parsed with PyYAML there).Runs on
pull_request_target, so it takes effect for pull requests opened after this lands on the default branch; the first such PR is the live check. The repository's own gates pass locally
Verified against the built artifact, not only the diff
No credential, token or
.envfile in the diffUser-facing strings go through the translation layer, in both locale tables
