This pull request introduces changes to the current jobs to align them with the configurations we are using to run the services.
Note: DCUSR services have not been added unless they are already present on the master branch due to issue #123.
Note: This PR specifically focuses on .hcl files and does not include .env files, such as the mail environment changes from issue #167.
