This plugin contains custom web services for Moodle 4.x.

To install:

• Extract into /local/
• Log in as administrator and follow the plugin upgrade process.
• Follow the steps in: Site administration > Plugins > Web Services > Overview to add the functions and ensure that the services are enabled.

To test the services, it is recommended that debugging level would be at least NORMAL.
