Translation improvement: Fix time expression format
Changes
Changed the time expression from "一。三秒" to "一点三秒" to better align with Chinese language conventions.
Reason
In Chinese, we typically use "一点三秒" instead of "一。三秒" to express 1.3 seconds. This expression is more natural and follows Chinese language habits.
