Reason for Change: App can configure multiple cors configurations Align GDial app registration with DIAL/CORS origin handling for package-based mobile clients. This fixes app registration parsing, validates exact package:... matches, preserves wildcard host checks like https://*.youtube.com, and rejects scheme mismatches. It also adds/extends unit coverage for package-origin and wildcard validation behavior.
