Matchers: added matchIfDefined, matchIfSuccess, matchOptionFunc, matchTryFunc. Made some other methods public.
Renamed Transformer as AutoMatcher
Also fixed a matcher name (&)
Matchers: removed def Matcher (I'm not sure why we ever had that) but it doesn't seem to be used by project Number.
Mostly cosmetics plus Maven Central publishing changes
Also fixed minor formatting issue in logback-test.xml
