Leverage Renovate to automate updates of UCX versions. This will help us stay on top of recent UCX releases and help rollout the changes in a predictable and automated fashion.

Let's please try to group related updates together, similar to this:

If you look at the #797 (auto-generated when I installed the app on this repo), you'll see it currently wants to generate 10 PRs

Could you try pushing updates to that PR branch? That branch's naming pattern causes some validation to run automatically, see the description at https://docs.renovatebot.com/config-validation/#validation-of-renovate-config-change-prs

Yes the config here was established to provide one PR for UCX updates. Nothing more, which it does.

Have pushed these changes to the Renovate PR as requested. Renovate also finds one PR.

Currently this does nothing with GitHub Actions updates. Though we can add those as a single PR too.

Let's move further discussion to the Renovate PR #797 where we can iterate further.
