Build a searchable library of every ad you've ever run, in a spreadsheet.

Almost every creative intelligence project stalls in the same place: nobody can find the ads. Files are scattered across Drive, the export has ad IDs but no thumbnails, the naming convention changed twice, and the person who knew where things were has left.
This builds the thing everything else needs. It's deliberately a spreadsheet, because a spreadsheet is the only tool your team will still be using in three years.
- Put
SKILL.mdin your AI tool's instructions field — Claude Project, Custom GPT, Gemini Gem, or an API system prompt. - Put anything in
reference/into its knowledge base or file uploads. - Give it platform exports, creative file links, and deduplication output.
| In | Platform exports, creative file links, and deduplication output |
| Out | A four-tab library that stays current, plus the instructions to rebuild it |
Missing a required input, it asks instead of guessing.
- Builds four tabs — the library, the ad lookup, the reuse rollup, and the audit
- Wires a read-only script that pulls from the sheet live, with no cached copy
- Fails loudly if the sheet can't be read, instead of showing you stale data
- Writes rebuild instructions for whoever inherits it
No cached copy. If the sheet can't be read you get an error banner, not yesterday's numbers.
