Impossible to read the window by scrolling up from the bottom; command prompt beeps then stops #3

Hello,
With the SSH terminal software Putty, for example, it's impossible to read the window by scrolling up from the bottom. Only by scrolling down.
As soon as the up arrow is pressed, NVDA speaks blank lines.
Another problem: when opening the Windows command prompt and virtualizing the window, NVDA plays a beep and then abruptly stops.

The second symptom (beep, then the command stops with no output) looks like the failure described in ruifontes#16, where a COM error raised while iterating UIAElement.currentClassName aborts the whole tree walk. That PR by @serrebidev is still open upstream and has not been carried over here yet.
