Restore 50 broken r2r regression cases

Summary

• Restore 50 r2r cases marked BROKEN=1 on current master (156 to 106).
• Fix ARM post-indexed load encoding, Java switch-table sizing and case edges, V850 pseudo parsing, syscall number display, physical cache commits, MZ permissions, and XBE section names.
• Update obsolete commands and fixtures while retaining assertions for the affected behavior.

Verification

• Built and installed with make -j4 && make install.
• Ran all 32 changed r2r database files: 1,096 OK, 20 remaining BROKEN, 1 SK, 1 FX. One additional local failure remains in arm s110 syscalls aae (its expected function/syscall counts differ from the current test binary); the 50 restored cases pass.
• git diff --check passes.
