Description, motivation and use case

We have dipoles and sextupoles powered in series with correctors and skew quadrupoles with individual power supplies on top. I don't think of this as combined-function magnets but I have understood that you do. Are these also included in the limitations? I have so far not understood the correct way to configure these in pyAML so I have gone for the approach we currently use in MML and configure them as completely separate magnets.

This is already possible on a condition that different multipoles are independent from each other (no cross talk). It is a low priority now and will not be worked on in near future.
