The project silenced CA1515 through NoWarn, which PurviewStylePolicy rejects as PRSGD0008 - accessibility and visibility rules are policy and are meant to be fixed rather than suppressed. Nothing in the project needs it any more: the build is clean with no warnings once it is removed. Also takes Purview.BuildSdk 1.0.4 and untracks the .agents files the SDK mirrors from NuGet packages.
