[Staff List] Process "Opt-In Contact Info" Display Column from Airtable

User story

As a Princeton University Library Staff member I would like to restrict my personal university contact information from our public website.

Acceptance criteria

• Update the Airtable Staff Job to parse the "Opt-In Contact Info" boolean Value
• If this value is set to "true" current staff directory processing should continue as is.
• If this value is "NULL" current staff directory processing should continue as is.
• If this value is set to "false" the email, pul:Address, pul:Building, and University Phone columns should NOT be included in the data exposed in the staff list CSV for use by other systems.

Concrete example

Staff Record for Kevin Reiss is set to true. The values for all staff members will be populate shortly via a staff survey that will be distributed by Library communications soon.

Notes

I Confirmed with WDS that the strategy for this ticket is their preferred one. PUL should keep data we do not want displayed out of our feed that the website consumes.
