… v0.87.25 The ground truth listed the cache backend's alias calls (quote_name = connection.ops.quote_name) but missed three functions that call quote_name through a local alias: postgresql sequence_reset_sql (qn = self.quote_name), createcachetable create_table and the GIS MySQL _create_spatial_index_sql (qn = ...connection.ops.quote_name). A signature change breaks all three. Base recall is the measured 33/35 (v0.87.25; v0.87.22 scores 32/35), precision 1.0. quote_name = connection.ops.quote_name), and a signature change breaks all three. prism v0.87.25 finds the first one through its new alias handling, which made the old list report it as a false positive (precision 0.970). With the corrected list (35 sites): v0.87.25 scores R 0.943 / P 1.000, v0.87.22 scores R 0.914 / P 1.000. The base recall is set to the measured 33/35. The other two needconnection.opstyped, which grove can't do statically.Also: the CI pin moves from prism v0.87.21 to v0.87.25 and the decoy injector from astkit v0.16.0 to v0.16.8.
Local run of ci_invariants with v0.87.25 on a fresh corpus: all invariants held.
