Bumps the embedded engine to grove v0.63.0 and astkit v0.16.0 (provasign/grove#14, provasign/astkit#4).

The engine stops reading comments, docstrings and string literals as code. That covers all 53 findings of the 2026-10-10 parsing audit, plus the bugs the new decoy invariant found on 23 real repos.

Gate:

  • go test ./... passes.
  • ci_invariants.py passes, including the new decoy class (results in the release notes).

…r read as code

Fixes the 53 findings of the 2026-10-10 parsing audit (wrong call targets
after single-quoted strings, native extends/uses-type edges from comments,
numpy docstrings overriding attribute types, phantom symbols from comments,
raw strings and #define bodies, rename plans broken by PHP attributes, ...)
plus the bugs the new decoy invariant found on real repos.

No shale for this PR

This repo renders agent evidence on PRs. No agent session evidence was found
for these commits. If you used an AI agent: brew tap provasign/shale && brew install shale && shale init
(5 minutes, no account). If this was hand-written, ignore this — humans don't
need shale. 🙂
