Incremental indexing now re-resolves a TS function whose only touch of a changed name is a member read/write (inst._zod.parse = wrapped). Those edges come from the body text, not call sites, so the name rule missed them: on zod, adding a file that declares another _zod left 4 stale write edges in memoizer.ts.

Gate: go test green; 21 oracles within baseline; ci_invariants held; fuzz 15 repos (TS now with the compiler installed: 0 crashes, 0 diffs); zod 6-edit inc-vs-full check identical; replay unchanged.

…eclaration changes

tsMemberRefEdges reads the caller's text, not its sites, so the name rule
missed callers whose only touch of a changed name is a member read/write
(zod memoizer: a new file declaring another _zod left 4 stale write edges).
