messed up workflow... changes should be on development branch
shadow base::file.exists and base::dir.create inside package to avoid touching call sites. Includion od adapters.R to cope with mock updates
Refactored skeleton_config to remove roxygen and documentation tags, making it an internal helper. Updated related documentation in skeleton_config.Rd and made minor improvements to directory existence checks in input_creation.R. Also updated gen3sis_main.R to use the recommended '_PACKAGE' tag. Still not optimal, since .Rd is generated and conflicts with #' content of function
