Prof Rod is an animated investigation into why organizations work the way they do—and what survives when the workers are agents.
Meetings, managers, memory, email, culture, budgets: every institution was invented to solve a problem. We find the original problem, expose the hidden assumption, introduce the new workers, and ask what must change—and what must remain human.
Prof Rod teaches. Mator builds—too literally. Quackster says what you are thinking.

A self-paced field guide to harness engineering. Follow a working agent through real failures, reproduce each failure locally, and inspect the code change that repairs it.
If you can see the diff, you can reproduce it. If you can reproduce it, you understand it.
- Course companions — exercises, reference implementations, sources, and reproducible examples
- Labs — small systems for exploring tools, memory, evaluation, delegation, and multi-agent work
- Episode artifacts — research, diagrams, code, and evidence behind the animated investigations
- Teaching infrastructure — open tools that make difficult agent concepts inspectable and runnable
The production infrastructure itself lives under Zero Employee. This organization is where that work becomes understandable, teachable, and reproducible.

| Finds the old theory and makes the architecture legible. | Executes exactly what was requested—revealing every missing constraint. | Asks the awkward question everyone else avoided. | A new perspective entering the investigation. |
Every investigation follows the same five questions:
- What old problem created this institution?
- What hidden assumption made it necessary?
- Which assumption changes when the workers are agents?
- What replaces the old mechanism?
- What must remain human?
No hype. No magic demos. Claims should be inspectable, examples reproducible, and failures preserved as evidence.
