This repo is dedicated to make available the fMRI analysis pipeline and scripts for the food and water stigma project. We used a whole-brain exploratory approach considering an event-related design for the primary analysis. The pipeline was designed to be applied on FSL for spatial and temporal preprocessing, first-level modelling, and group-level GLMs. Nilearn was used on the inference z-statistics map for probabilistic atlas labelling on the significant brain activation clusters.
