Request to contribute on several ergonomic improvement

Hi. Thanks for this awesome plugin!

I'm willing to contribute so that it's more ergonomic to use (sorted in descending significance):

1. Currently, we need to manually call PinyinSearch() after a /{pattern}. It might be better to use /{pattern} transparently.
2. The plugin relies on +python3, which is not that friendly to Neovim. I suggest reimplementing the main body in vimscript.

I noticed that the last update happened two years ago, and thus I'm wondering whether pull requests are still accepted.
