Closes GEN-4777
The hosted deploy previously proved only an MCP initialize response. This adds a post-start, session-bound
tools/listverifier executed from the exact staged/active venv. It asserts the exposed Vidsheet column/layer enums match the vendored Rails wire artifact and raw editor position fields are absent; stage/activation fails closed and activation rolls back on a mismatch.No deployment or merge is included.
Tests: ruff; focused pytest (12 passed); real local HTTP MCP handshake/tools-list verifier; bash syntax check.
