[BUG] Not compatible with Magento 2.4.7

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. composer remove tig/postnl-magento2 && composer require tig/postnl-magento2
2. bin/magento set:up

Expected result
A working upgrade of database

Actual result

Fatal error: Could not check compatibility between TIG\PostNL\Logging\Log::addRecord($level, $message, array $context = [], ?Monolog\JsonSerializableDateTimeImmutable $datetime = null): bool and Monolog\Logger::addRecord(int $level, string $message, array $context = [], ?Monolog\DateTimeImmutable $datetime = null): bool, because class Monolog\JsonSerializableDateTimeImmutable is not available in /var/www/html/vendor/tig/postnl-magento2/Logging/Log.php on line 39

JsonSerializableDateTimeImmutable does not exist in Monolog 2: https://github.com/Seldaek/monolog/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#381-2024-12-05

Trying to update monolog/monolog to version 3 or higher results in a conflict with the Magento base requirements:

    - magento/product-community-edition is locked to version 2.4.7-p8 and an update of this package was not requested.
    - magento/product-community-edition 2.4.7-p8 requires monolog/monolog ^2.7 -> found monolog/monolog[2.7.0, ..., 2.11.0] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^3).

• PHP version: 8.2.29
• TIG PostNL version: 1.25.0

Was this solved in b16ea3a ? This commit is part of the 1.25.1 release and it seems to change the exact line you referred to.
