Closes #42.

  • new_seq() docs and README now state that values of .length_out (or new_data.length_out_lgl) greater than 2 are equivalent to 2 for logical vectors.
  • Corrects the documented order of the logical sequence to c(FALSE, TRUE) (the actual output).
  • Adds tests pinning the behaviour for .length_out = 3 and Inf, with and without .obs_only, and via the new_data.length_out_lgl option.

No change to behaviour.
