Bug

The cached Smarkets spec omits IRGC from the jurisdiction enum for the markets, markets count, and contracts endpoints.

Change

Added IRGC to the three affected enums and added a regression test that parses the spec.

Testing

  • npm --prefix core test -- --runInBand test/pipeline/smarkets-jurisdiction-spec.test.ts (failed on the original spec with IRGC missing; passed after the fix)
  • git diff --check

Regression test: fails on base twice (/Expected value: "IRGC"/), passes on fix twice (npm --prefix core test -- --runInBand test/pipeline/smarkets-jurisdiction-spec.test.ts)

Fixes #2604

Spec drift: smarkets — IRGC missing from jurisdiction enum on 3 non-events endpoints (parallel gap to #2493)
