Multiple users reported this persistent issue in several web browsers (tested with Firefox, Chrome, Opera on Windows as well as OS X) which is consistent for every reactified window:
Eventhough using different browsers does make a difference (some show less blur than others), it is still certain that this is a specific issue for react-draggable elements because the old nofooter yui-module yui-overlay yui-panel elements and the chat window do not have this issue at all.
