TODO for the Reboot code

Things that need to be done in the REBOOT code but which don't need a separate issue.

• Place Lacuna Expanse Corp on the map
• Show the Lacuna Expanse Corp stars on the starmap
• Have an 'ultimate zoom out' to show all stars in the expanse.
• Have a map showing the distribution of ores in the expanse
• Incorporate the alliance map as yet another map in the 'pull down' of all maps
• Convert all Empire calls to use named calling convention in both client and server
• Convert all Map calls to use named calling convention
• Convert all Body calls to use named calling convention
• Reactify a new starmap
• lots more things...
