An IntelliJ Platform plugin that scans Angular routing declarations and presents the effective URL hierarchy in a right-hand tool window. Route nodes with an entry component can be opened directly, without navigating through the file tree.
- Builds the tree by URL segments, so
/foo/barand/foo/bazshare afoonode. - Reads
RouterModule.forRoot,RouterModule.forChild,provideRouter, andprovideRoutes. - Follows imported route arrays, nested
children, spread route arrays, lazy modules, standalone lazy route arrays, andloadComponent. - Resolves regular, aliased, default, and re-exported component imports where possible.
- Matches concrete URLs against parameter routes such as
/foo/:id/bar/:name, ignoring query strings and fragments. - Re-scans only when the Refresh button is pressed.
gradlew.bat buildPlugin
On macOS or Linux:
./gradlew buildPlugin
The plugin ZIP is generated under build/distributions.
To launch a development IDE instance:
gradlew.bat runIde
The build requires Java 21. The Gradle wrapper downloads Gradle and the IntelliJ Community SDK automatically.
- Open Angular Routes from the right tool-window bar.
- Double-click a route containing
-> ComponentNameto open its entry component. - Paste a URL into the search field and press Enter or Open to match and navigate.
- Press Refresh after route definitions change.
The analyzer is intentionally static. Route arrays assembled through arbitrary runtime function calls or custom route matchers cannot always be evaluated; custom matchers are displayed as [matcher] but are not matched by URL search.
