…ussian

- The lines canvas sits on CSS pixels that are also device pixels, so the
browser no longer resamples it (at 2.625 the grid blurred off the cells).
- A finger left after a pinch carries on from the current view; the zoom no
  longer springs back.
- The selection's actions share a place with the frames strip (or the pad's
hint), so the canvas does not move when a box appears.
- A code's white square is always the same size; the ways sit at the bottom
and the name keeps to one line: nothing jumps between cards in Give.
- Russian strings: action names for undo, byte plurals, clearer hints.

- Layout numbers that copied the CSS now come from it: the caption's
height, the archive strip's slot, the room above and below the cards
(CSS custom properties, read with cssNumber). Give measures the room
for its code instead of guessing from the window; the numbered-copy
panel lies over the code, so the share area needs no fixed height.
- A unit test keeps CSS classes to one owner each (a listed shared
vocabulary aside) and refuses rules nothing uses; two dead rules removed.
- A unit test keeps the languages and the code in step: same keys and
arguments, no unused strings, none missing.
- English strings reviewed: action names for undo, clearer hints, curly
  quotes instead of guillemets.
- DECISIONS.md regrouped by topic and brought up to date; the web README
  states the two new conventions.
