[Bug]: [Mobile] Screen rotation is locked. #16511

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable screen rotation.
2. Go to any part of the mobile app.
3. Rotate screen does not work.

This is particularly annoying when looking at markdown files with tables.

Expected behavior

UI should rotate with the screen.

Actual behavior

UI does not rotate. Forces me to scroll a wide table.

I'm not fussed about the rest of the UI being terrible when rotated, but iirc this forced portrait locking is usually a single flag fix?

Workaround

Go back to the PC.
Prompt again - not a fix for huge tables.
