Overview
Upgrades the rimraf dev dependency from ^5.0.10 to ^6.1.3 in package.json, with the matching lockfile refresh.

rimraf still powers the clean script (rimraf ./dist ./build) ahead of tsc; no application or Zapier runtime code changes. The lockfile shift mainly reflects rimraf 6 pulling in glob 13 and a slimmer dependency tree (fewer terminal/UI-related transitive packages than rimraf 5).

Note that rimraf 6 declares Node 20+ (or 22+) for itself; CI and local builds should run on a supported Node version or clean/build may fail.
