Sync the Pages fallback installer byte-for-byte with
pilot-protocol/release@mainafter the core managed-adoption mode shipped.The R2/live copy was already updated and verified by
sync-install-sh; this closes the fallback drift gate.Verification:
sh -n public/install.sh,shellcheck public/install.sh, byte comparison with the canonical script.
