Focused decision guide for the 'zerotier vs tailscale' query (GSC striking distance, pos 7.6): architecture (L2 virtual Ethernet vs L3 WireGuard mesh), identity, control plane, licensing, and a pick-by-workload framework, plus the agent-networking angle linking out to the existing four-way comparison.
