• adds dedicated governance, roadmap, newsroom, contact, and security disclosure experiences
• upgrades enterprise navigation, mobile presentation, and site-wide content consistency
• updates the readiness report and wire specification, and adds a Pilot-native use-case brochure
• adds validated Cloudflare Pages Functions for contact and disclosure delivery through Resend

Validation

Deployment

Production needs RESEND_API_KEY plus the documented form sender and recipient variables in Cloudflare Pages. Local secrets and render artifacts are git-ignored.
