Welcome to the Wiki, a collection of resources for doing data analysis in Python. This content was originally developed for the course Physics 201: Data Analysis for Physicists at Harvard but should be useful to others doing applied Bayesian inference in the physical sciences and engineering.

For an overview of how to set up your data analysis software environment, see Getting Started.
