• Added the hand-off: in a project, a global crest passes each project command to the project's vendor/bin/crest and returns its exit status. new, up, down, install and --version stay in the global crest. A project that requires phalcon/crest without vendor/bin/crest gives an error.
• Added Crest\Project\Locator::project(): the nearest directory with a composer.json.
