CSharpSqlite - Mono-fixes

This clone of CSharpSQLite is maintained by Peter Löfås and includes fixes for CSharpSQLite to run on Mono
All modifications are distributed under the terms of the MIT license.

The base is a clone of https://code.google.com/r/stewartadcock-csharp-sqlite-updates/ of revision b89e15366458

From that, modifications have been run to adapt for newer SQLite version and Mono-problems
