Ignore local experimental, SLURM log and Claude directories - #26

These are per-checkout working directories (scratch experiments, SLURM job logs, Claude Code state) that showed up as untracked in every checkout and risked being added by accident. Verified with git status: the three directories no longer appear as untracked.
