Add Wargame: Red Dragon and Steel Division 2 eggs

Adds dedicated servers for Wargame: Red Dragon and Steel Division 2.

As the dedicated server is only available through Docker, moby download frozen image is used to download and extract the server file.

When starting the server it will complain about not finding a pkey and cert file. This can be ignored, though the files are there just in case it is ever fixed.

There's also a patched version of the Wargame Red Dragon server available, using a community patch adding some additional functionality. Currently the exe patching isn't working, but other functionality such as vote map, vote kick, works.

Starting a visible server requires an API key that you need to ask Eugen for on their support email.

1. Have you added an explanation of what your changes do and why you'd like us to include them?
2. Have you tested your Egg changes?

You have a very outdated fork from 2020 with a lot of conflicts. Rebase and update your changes to use the correct new folders and paths.

The paths are still wrong. All games are under game_eggs now.

Server files only available inside a docker image sounds very strange, do you have a source for this? The only information I was able to locate through a quick search was that you have to contact eugen support to verify yourself and receive the files.

Sorry about that, I forgot to add the repo as upstream before pulling. I've contacted Eugen about the possibility of a direct download

It is tricky to test as you need to request an API key in order to host a server.
