What changed

Antigravity users currently need the agy CLI for allowance. This adds an explicit Antigravity Desktop method in setup and Settings, using one running signed-in desktop language server. Local CLI activity stays separate.

The reader checks process and loopback-listener ownership, limits requests to fixed quota/status RPCs, and verifies the account before and after each read. Disconnect and cancellation clear consent and reject late results. Quitting waits for queued consent rollback; fixed recovery messages reach Settings.

A synthetic Settings capture shows the new method. The previous published Settings image has no Antigravity row. Native captures are unavailable; this is source verification only.

Verification

• 500 synthetic tests across 20 files passed on Linux, with TypeScript checking and production build.
• Both review findings reproduced before their fixes. The 170 focused connection, lifecycle and transport tests passed afterward.
• Browser demo at 760 CSS pixels showed the desktop/CLI methods and a contained 24-pixel button without horizontal overflow. Account access was disabled.
• Unchanged Swift code retains its prior macOS checks.

Release hold

Native macOS process discovery, loopback TLS and live allowance accuracy remain unverified. This change is excluded from the installed build 55 and published beta1. Keep this PR in draft until native/provider acceptance.

The Antigravity Desktop reader and connection flow are retained in the later provider integration merged through #76 (0d514dd), including subsequent grouping improvements. The reader regression tests remain on main. Closing this earlier implementation; branch retained.
