As Chief Product & Technology Officer at Avancargo, I lead product and engineering strategy across two core platforms:
- 🚚 TMS — a Transportation Management System for logistics operations
- 🛠️ FSM — a Field Service Management solution for field-intensive industries
- 🤖 AI layer across both — LLMs and intelligent agents, ML-powered predictive models, route optimization, and workflow automation
Day to day that means roadmap ownership, backlog management, sprint planning, architecture decisions, and working side by side with dev, UX, QA, and DevOps squads — making sure the right things get built, by the right teams, in the right order.
I also co-founded Somos Riders, a B2C e-commerce platform in Argentina — which taught me as much about product-market fit as any formal course.
