Ajusta prune-packages em release.yml para manter estritamente 3 versoes (latest + 2 anteriores), adiciona triggers Dockerfile/pyproject.toml, adiciona scripts LiteLlmRTKSync/LiteLLMRTKSync ao pyproject.toml e CI, ignora .sso_client_secret e promove sso.py a modulo IDENTICOS.
